When Will 10th Class Results 2026 Be Announced?
All Punjab education boards will declare the 10th class (matric) result on 6 August 2026 at 10:00 AM. This includes BISE Lahore, BISE Gujranwala, BISE Sargodha, BISE Multan, BISE Faisalabad, BISE Rawalpindi, BISE Sahiwal, BISE Bahawalpur, and BISE DG Khan. Boards in other provinces usually announce their results around the same time, but the exact date can differ by a few days—please check your own board’s page below to confirm.
How to Check Your 10th Class Result 2026
By Roll Number
Visit your board’s official result page and enter your roll number in the search box. Your result will show your marks, grade, and status.
By Name
If you have lost your roll number, most boards also allow you to search by your full name and father’s name.
By SMS
You can also get your result by SMS. This works even if the website is slow because of heavy traffic on result day. SMS codes are different for each board — check your board’s page for the correct code.
By Gazette (PDF)
Every board publishes a full gazette (PDF list of all students) a few hours after the result. You can download it and search your name using Ctrl+F.
10th Class Results 2026-Punjab BISE Boards
Students under the Punjab boards can check their 10th class result 2026 on Aug 6 at 10:00 AM. Click your board below to view your result online, via SMS, or gazette.
10th Class Result 2026 – Federal Board (FBISE Islamabad)
The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) is expected to announce the 10th class result on 16 July 2026, a few days before Punjab boards. Students under FBISE Islamabad can check their matric results online using their roll number, SMS, or by downloading the official gazette when available.
10th Class Results 2026-KPK Boards
KPK boards (Peshawar, Abbottabad, Bannu, D.I. Khan, Kohat, Malakand, Mardan, and Swat) are expected to announce the 10th class result 2026 in the last week of July — check back very soon. Click your board below once the result is announced.
10th Class Results 2026- Sindh Boards
Sindh boards will soon announce the 10th class result 2026 — BSEK Karachi is set to declare the General Group result on 30 June 2026 and the Science Group result on 10 July 2026, with Hyderabad and other Sindh boards around the same period. 10th Class Results 2026- Balochistan Boards
BISE Quetta (Balochistan) will announce the 10th class result 2026 — it is expected to be declared on 7 May 2026 (as per the official Result Gazette). Click below to check your result now.
10th Class Results 2026- Azad Kashmir Boards
The result date for AJK BISE Mirpur has not been officially confirmed yet — it is unclear whether the result has already been announced or will be released at a later date. Click below to check the official website for the most current status.
Passing Criteria & Grading 2026
In most Pakistani boards, including Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, and Multan, you need at least 33% marks in each subject to pass. For science subjects, theory and practical marks are checked separately — you must pass both. There have been reports that the minimum passing percentage may rise to 40% in future years, but this is not yet confirmed for the 2026 result. Please check your own board’s notice for the final rule.
Rechecking, Marks Improvement & NOC (Board Migration)
Rechecking
If you think your marks are wrong, you can apply for rechecking at your board office. There is usually a small fee per subject (around Rs. 1,500, but this can change — confirm the current fee with your board). Rechecking results usually come a few weeks after the original result.
Marks Improvement Exam
If you passed but want a higher percentage (for better college admission), you can appear in an improvement exam for one or more subjects. This is offered by your board after the annual result, usually along with the supplementary exam. Contact your board office for the exact schedule and form.
Migration Certificate / NOC — Doing Intermediate From a Different Board
Many students want to do their Intermediate (FSc, ICS, or F.A) from a board different from the one where they did matric — for example, moving from BISE Gujranwala to BISE Lahore for a specific college. To do this, you need a Migration Certificate (NOC) from your original board. You can apply for this at your matric board’s office, usually by submitting your result card, a form, and a small fee. Ask your new college for the exact list of documents they need along with the NOC.

Choosing between FSc (Pre-Medical/Pre-Engineering), ICS, and F.A depends on your interest and future goals:
- FSc Pre-Medical — for students who want to go into medicine, pharmacy, or biology-related fields.
- FSc Pre-Engineering — for students interested in engineering or physical sciences.
- ICS — for students who want to study computer science and IT.
- F.A — for students who want to study arts, humanities, or general subjects.
