Mango is called the king of fruits and is the national fruit of India. This juicy fruit grows in the summer season and has been cultivated for around 6000 years. Mangoes can be sweet or sour and are full of important minerals and nutrients, especially vitamins A and C.
Mangoes are not only delicious but also very nutritious. Ripe mangoes are full of energy and are enjoyed by everyone. Interestingly, every part of the mango tree is useful. We use raw mangoes to make chutneys, pickles, and curries. We also make squash, jams, juices, and syrups from mangoes.
Mango is my favourite fruit because it’s sweet and pulpy. I love the memories I have of eating mangoes with my family during summer vacations. We would sit under a tree, enjoy the cool mangoes, and have a great time together.
